when i first moved into my apartment everything was good the office staff was really nice and helped out where they could the grounds were kept nice (except for the botched attempt at doing god knows what with the grass) but ever since the new manager started lets just say her name is "Catty" things went down hill.. the grounds arent kept up, there are always kids running through the parking lot and cursing up a storm throwing footballs and baseballs around the parking lot (hit quite a few cars that ive seen)and after school blocking the entrance to the parking lots, and the parents are nowhere to be found. who is responsible for these kids' there was plenty of parking when i first moved in but because everybody wanting their own spot (why do you need a handycapped parking spot when you walk to your mailbox and up and down your stairs everyday) its getting overly crowded. you can hear all of the new tennants yelling and swearing through the walls and pounding on the floors but they have the nerve to call the police when you are listening to some music while cleaning your apartment at noon on a saturday. the maintenance staff does do a good job though, they usually respond pretty quickly to problems and get the work done. the prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. i would say with new pople in the office it could work out a lot better. we dont need to be sitting at the pool hearing people swear at their kids and talk about how they need to get drugs.
