I moved here a few months ago and have had no problems whatsoever! I have had no issues and the one time I did call for maintenance repair he was here the next day and fixed the window. I rarley hear my neighbors and everyone is very friendly. I live in a dog building and yet, I never hear other dogs barking. The place is great despite what other reviewers say. But, it's all a matter of opinion. I would highly recommend the Fairways.

You are one of the lucky ones, i lived there an i tell you what the gang prob in my building is out of control an so is the noise the more i complain the less that is done, i would not recommed this place to anyone
