My name is Chris and my family and I are tenants at the Fairways apartments. And, this is a story I believe is worth telling for future tenants. The property is an absolutely beautiful property and the management staff is worth complimenting. I recently was afforded the opportunity to purchase a new home and because of the way my family has been treated and the safety of the area we live in I have decided to stay and continue my residence at the Fairways. The manager Amanda has always made her self available for any type of issue or question that a tenant might have. The courtesy and respect she shows is within itself worth staying for. I have been at the front office on many different occasion and I have witnessed the manager Amanda respectfully handle present guest, phone calls, and guest waiting in such a way people in the customer service industry could learn a thing or two from. I can honestly say if Amanda was not such a wonderful manager the issue of continuing staying on paying 1430 per month would be a no brainer. I understand that most people might say why pay that for an apartment when in most cases that's more than a house note. Well, I will explain I had some very important business mail arrrive and it would have been virtually impossible for me to be there in time to recieve it but Amanda who didn't have to do it not only secured my package she stayed later than she normally would to help me out. Now in today's world with the economy being the way that it is and so many people are uptight it was refreshing to see someone go way beyond the call of duty just because. When I arrived I of course was very grateful and felt compelled to do something and Amanda would not take a tip an offer for lunch, she simply smiled and said she was glad to help. Now I am an HSM Manager and our company's philosophy is centered on having great customer service but,I have never seen such genuine service just because. So I believe that somethings are not worth trading for and if you are looking for an environment that is diverse, managed well beyond most facilities, is safe, and there is integrity demonstrated, also honor still means something to you and by the way the club house and swimming pool are to die for and I can't even swim then The Fairways of Naperville is where you should call home. Just because of the individual I strive to be the people that I know who might be looking for a new apartment would not hesitate to sign up at the Fairways if I suggested it, in fact I always reccomend my apartment complex with pride. If the very least I could do is give free advertisement then I am honored. Thank you Amanda because with me traveling out of town on business a lot, my family's happiness and safety means absolutely everything to me and I am glad we call this place home. I had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the same day I called just like Amanda promised. So anyone with understanding should be able to see why if you are already happy why mess with a great thing. I witnessed Amanda getting ripped oneday by a unhappy guest and he was swearing and not once did she lose her temper she handled him with respect and when he realized he was wrong he apologized I dont know to many men that would have handled that situation like she did with poise and grace. She had the capacity to not take that situation personal and even with him being irrate and disrespectful to her and actually to me and my family cursing in front of my 5 year old daughter she handled him and was ready for my question with no sweat.
