After reading the past reviews and living at the Fairways for almost a whole miserable year, I can honestly tell you all, that the Manager wrote the positive reviews. There is not one positive aspect of living at the Fairways, you can't even get out of your car and walk to your front door without stepping on used condoms all over the parking lot. I've talked to the manager (when she's not out smoking) several times about the prostitution going on at the property but she is too busy sleeping with my neighbor. I have to say this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a immature and unprofessional manager. There is never a consistent staff. There have been several different people in the office and in maintenance which is scary when you have a maintenance request and you don't recognize the staff who is entering your apartment. After several attempts of trying to catch the manager in the office after 3pm to discuss an on-going dog barking issue I finally decided to go into the office in the morning only to find the manager hungover and wreaking of marijuana. Just who are they hiring' She, the manager, is always nice and makes promises but never follows through. She only tells me what I want to hear.

Can't wait for another year of a lack of snow removal. Also, the parking lot lights never work and the manager sees no problem with this. Hallways wreak of pet urine. Beware of specials which is what caught me, I've should've known you get what you pay for:( AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

You must be jokeing I've lived here for three years and I've never seen anything like that what building are you in?

I have lived here a couple of years also. This place is quite grounds are beautiful. The manager has always been pleasant with me and always has a smile when she greets me! I rented here because of the way I was treated and continue to renew my lease because of the level of customer service I receive and I love my home-not because of specials. I consider my self proactive and if I were to see "prostitution" here I would call the police not the manager! To the staff at Fairways-Keep up the great work!
