I have been living here for over 6 months now, and I consider myself very lucky. I finally found an apartment that I'm happy with.

I'm saving money. You can't beat the convenience of the train. My car stays in the secured lot which is no extra charge. I am even able to keep my bike locked up in the bike shed, so I don't have to worry about keeping it in the apartment. My apartment is very nice, and faces the train, which I barely hear going by. I only had one maintenance request so far, and it was taken care of before I even got home from work.

The office staff is very nice, and they don't try to get into your business. I saw a lot of other reviews from other complexes with complaints about that. I rarely have any questions for the staff because they give you this great book when you move in that explains pretty much everything you need to know about-it's common sense.
I was surprised about all the noise complaints...Yeah, I have heard noises from other apartments when parties go on, but day to day I don't hear my neighbors. I hope my neighbors don't hear me. If so, I'm sorry..Actually I barely see my neighbors except on channel 17 :)

It's hard to get an apartment here because they seem to have few left. So if you are looking for an apartment- definitely worth it to see one here and jump at it if you get the chance when one opens up.

Forgot to mention that all utilities are included INCLUDING CABLE except electric.
