This place is a definite Joke!
I had to move out because of smoke related issues! The guy next door smoked 24/7.

You need to know that the drywall that seperates these units has no insulation and has huge gaps between units, finished off with caulk!

You can hear and smell everything that your neighbors are duing! EVERYTHING! Coughing, TV, Alarm Clocks, toilet, bad cooking, cigars, cigaretts etc...

I spoke with managment about the smoke problems they said its not their problem people are allowed to smoke! I had to stay at a hotel SERVERAL nights just to sleep!

I offered to upgrade to a larger unit further away from my smoking chimney of a neighbor. They found a unit that they said they would have ready in about a month, so I stuck it out.

I asked for the paperwork which they said that they would work on because they were really busy after having a key employee quit.

The paper work never arrived! They rented the apartment to someone else!!!!!! While I was waiting for it!!!!

When confronted they said I never signed the papers (amended lease for the new apt.)! WHAT PAPERS!! After repeated calls, letters about the smoking and the over rented apartment, I paid my rent for the month and moved out. They said they would keep my security deposit, which I agreed to.

A few months later I'm in the process of buying a house and here's a collecion from 5th Ave. Station on my credit for thousands of dollars, that by the way does not correspond to any amount that could be related to my having moved out!

No phone call at My work, my FORWARDED home phone or on my cell phone!

No correspondence to my work address!

After calling them with great concern they treat me like a criminal saying that I skipped out on them with no way to contact me! I had no idea they had done this or even placed this with collections.

I had a verbal agreement with them to keep my secuity deposit, let alone that I was unwillingly forced to move out by their lack of action in this matter.

This place and its managment are SH#T!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEIR PROPERTY! READ THAT AGAIN!
