Pretty nice place to live.

I've lived here for a little over two years now and am perfectly happy with the place. I agree with some of the other reviewers, that it is a bit noisy. However, it IS an apartment building. You've really got to expect hearing a little noise when living so close to your neighbors. I've never rented before so I can't comment on just how noisy this place is compared to others, but its definitely not unbearable as others claim.
Pros:
-The best location in town. Everything you need is within walking distance.
-Beautiful building.
-Friendly staff.
Cons:
-Appliances, cabinetry and tiles are OLD. Circa the original building restoration in the early 80's. Not that they don't work properly, but they really take away from what could be absolutely stunning loft apartments.
-A bit pricey, but so is everything in the area. So, why not pay for a beautiful place in a great location.
-Can't be in the commons areas of the building after 10pm (including the sun deck). Its a bit annoying to feel trapped inside during the later hours of the evening, but its done so that other neighbors aren't disturbed.
Oh, other tenants: If you're keeping the grocery cart for longer than 30 minutes, you're an -------.
