Overpriced and not a friendly environment

I am writing this because I am now looking for somewhere else to move and before I go and check places I have checked out this site and it has really helped. I moved into the complex in the fall of last year, and I am not at all ashamed to say that I am so glad my lease will be up in a month. The apartments themselves are nice but not nice enough for the prices they charge. They do have a very small pool but no workout facilities. I have never had a problem with the parking. The maintence people are horrible. Last winter my heat stopped working and all the guy did was come in and check the filter something I could have done. The heat was on and off for approximatly 1 week. Then after I did get it turned back on then did not offer me any relief from rent. The worst thing about this place is the office staff (Wanda) she is nice enough to get you in the door then she becomes a horrible woman. Maybe it is just me but she has made my stay very unpleasurable. It might have gone better without her. Hopefully this helps.
