When I first saw the apartments, I thought that they were great. The layout is wonderful and there is a lot of closet space. They have their own washer and dryer along with a gas fireplace. The staff (Jeri) was friendly and helpful. Upon moving in I noticed many things that did not meet my approval. I had to replace six light bulbs, clean the light fixtures of grease, grime and bugs, clean under the stove and fridge (absolutely filthy), strip the floor (yellow from use and time), and make sure all of the cracked tiles in the entry way and bathroom were already accounted for. If this was not enough, my doorbell did not work, the lock on the door was broke, the garbage disposal leaked, the stem in the tub was missing, the stopper in the bathroom sink was missing, the diswasher leaked, water damage in my closet (after it rained), a shelf fall down, the fireplace does not work and I had to wait over three weeks for my entry way to be painted. I have lived their for a month and already need the painters to fix nail pops, bubbled paint, cracks in the walls, and peeling tape. It does appear to be getting better and the maintenance guys are nice. I do not think that my experience is the norm, but I also know that I have not been compensated in any way for my inconveniences. There are a lot of good things about the apartment too. For example, there is a lot of parking, the complex is quiet, the pool is clean, and the overall apartment (aside from the things mentioned) is really great. If you decide to move into the Foxcroft apartments make sure you have time to view and inspect the apartment thoroughly before you move.
