BAD MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
good thing about this community is it's by the golf course.

but the management charge my deposit for old carpet to begin with so that they could replace with new carpet on someone's expenses.

winter maintenance team are bad ... not very well maintained at all. road is not cleaned, walkway not properly salted
