Poor management after the move / some bad apples

At first, when it was the greens of naperville, all was well. After the merger, almost everyone in the rental office was rude. If you had packages to pick up, they gave you grief and took their sweet time finding things. Their offices were always understaffed, no matter what time of the day. Building maintenance would come whenever they felt.

Several times the people above us had their toilet overflow causing it to leak into our bathroom (I counted six times). Building maintenance would end up just going upstairs and fix the leak, and the people upstairs would once again flush more junk down to overflow it.

Since we were right on the golf course, our patio was hit by golf balls almost every weekend, several times breaking things. While this is expected since we're on a golf course, they did not permit us to place a net around the deck.

The people who moved in above us mid-way through our renting were horrible. In addition to also overflowing the toilet, they'd constantly be running and shouting in the hallway at all hours of the night and throwing parties. Once on the balcony they decided to cut their hair and allow all the hair to fall onto our balcony. They also broke several flower pots and let the debris fall below.

One good thing is the proximity to the Route 59 train station. However, be weary of walking there, you will almost get hit by cars on your walk there as the motorists don't care for pedestrians.

Parking was rough because most of the parking spaces were being used by out-of-state cars by people visiting their friends. Mgmt of course did nothing.

The welfare housing down the street at burlington apartments was also not a fun place to walk at night.

Several times our door buzzer broke because the maintenance people were incapable of fixing it.

The storage areas were messy and some tenants felt the need to take more than one cage, and mgmt did nothing.
