The rent includes an underground parking spot, which is really nice in the winter time. I subletted from someone else who had been here 3 years with no problems. If I wasn't going back to school and in need of more money for that, I'd probably stay here. The management is nice, and they remember who I am (unusual for some apartment communities!) whenever I come around. They had a nice Christmas party for us, and there is a pool for the summer time. The complex is also set on a nice lake where there are ducks and geese, and residents are allowed to fish.
