Its simply Not worth

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Don't even think of moving to this appartment. If you stay in I floor you'll know where your II floor neighbor is and what they'r taking. The ceiling is so thin.
My neighbour use to walk a lot (especially
in night till 3 a.m!). When I complained, the
unfriendly manager told me that I have to live with it because the appartment is very old and they cannot do anything!
Not to mention other staff's in the rental office are very unfriendly.
Rent is costly compared to other appartments nearby.
