Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this place was by far the most accomodating. Washer / Dryer breaks...replaced with a brand new one within a week...dishwasher malfunctions and is repaired within one day of the request. If I hadn't bought a house, I'd still be there today. BTW, the staff is totally easy to deal with and despite what another poster stated, you are always notified when someone will enter your apartment - usually posted in the entryway or slid in the door jamb.
