Oh, where do I begin!!! Let me start with the air conditioning units. There are 2 in our apartment, one in each bedroom. When you turn them on, you have to wait about 2-3 hours before it finally cools off the rest of the rooms in the place. When you first turn them on, all this black stuff sprays out. I don't know if it's sponge from the filters or dirt or who knows!...yuck!!! I had a lamp near the unit, and the lampshade is covered with all that nasty stuff.
Also, the amenity list talks about "Party Walls". I don't know what their idea of a party is, but, the one and only time we decided to have people over (about 12 people), there was a letter on our door the next day saying that we were ruining the "quiet enjoyment of the other tenants" and that if they heard about it again, they would take legal action against us. Hmmmm...I think they should redefine the definition of party walls.
The parking lots are filled with potholes that you pretty much have to drive over (because there's no way around them!). If you come home anytime after 8:00 P.M., you'd better have some good walking shoes on, because you'll end up parking clear across the parking lot due to the lack of parking spaces that are available. And, as an added bonus, there are no lights in the parking lots, so you get to walk in the dark...at night...how safe!!!
Anyways, I'm only relaying my bad experiences because if I can share my experiences with a potential renter and give them more insight about this place, I might be able to save them from experiencing the same things!
