At first I was pleased with the deal at huntington apt. but at the end of my lease ive come to realization you get what you pay for. i can only speak for building 41 s naper blvd. just recently 6/11/06 huntington was bought out by equities venture corp. xiii, the new company was sure to let everyone know who to write there checks to, but reluctant to let anyone know about any recent construction that would force someone to park on the lawn, also that cars were being towed beause of such situations. what a great way to treat paying tenants. now im one to look at first impressions and im glad i didnt resighn my lease for 7/1/06-07. also it seems like things do not like to get fixed around here. the security door lock has had problems for some time. nothing like comming home and find that your key wont fit the lock. this has hapend to me at least six times, and had to call the office. the handymen could also never get my stove pilot light from going out. there fix was to just relight it. if you like the smell of gas when coming home then this is the place for you. you will also find that the laundry machines will be out of service here and there. such as our dryer, but i guess 3/4 aint bad. this particular dryer has been out of service for the past month or so. in closing not bad if its all you can afford but if you can do better than do it. remember you get what you pay for!
