This place is falling apart and the incompetent maintenance staff isn't helping either. The AC in the apartment has been leaking for a whole week. Despite calling the office inumerable times nobody has come by to fix it.

The apartment complex is old and crumbling. I live on the upper floor and the ceiling gets wet when it rains. When I informed the office, I was told nothing can be done about it. The apartments are being attempted to be sold as condos. BUYER, BEWARE.

My apartment has a perenial issue with insects crawling into the apartment despite keeping the door closed. Despite reporting this to the office staff nothing has been done about it.

Overall, this place is pitiful in every regard and I am simply waiting for my lease to expire.

this is a correct dipiction of the maintenance staff. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL and thats when you can reach someone! Watch out for the "great place to live" postings... sound like the management to me seeing as how they are trying to sell these "apartments" as condo's, what a joke! Walls so thin I can hear the guy downstairs snoring at night and the people next door when they walk around. Now should you really be able to hear people just walking?
