I recently checked out these apartments to see just how bad they were (based on the reviews located on this site). Well, for one bldg, there's a heated underground parking YET no elevator and no w/d in the unit. All tenants in one set of buildings need to use the coin operated w/d's in the garage/basement (little scary at night, I would imagine). The apt size is o.k. for the ones with the garage; they are larger than the other units next door. However, the other set of apartments have a w/d in all units yet no garage parking and there's a NOTICEABLE size difference in these units. To enter either building/apt, you must first enter a shared entryway and for both sets of buildings, there's this distinctive old moldy, smoky smell as you enter and it's HOT and humid. The doors like fairly thin and the wallpaper is some atrocious left-over from the 80's. The balcony is really small for both units. Everything is old... the kitchen, the bathroom, the cabinets, everything... on the 2nd set of buildings, there are air conditioning units hanging out of the window. The other unit (around the pond) has central air and heat. The location is OK... not in close proximately to walk anywhere however, it's fairly close to downtown Naperville. All in all, the price is great... but do you really want to save 100 to 200 dollars for this' The choice is yours. I haven't actually lived there so I have no clue about how loud it is at night or if there's an issue with noise or bugs as other reviews mentioned. I just went to check the place out since I'm moving soon.
