I say that because, where on one hand the apartment complex is nicely built with a cozy lobby and secure access, on the other hand the rent is ridiculously high for the area. I did not renew my lease cuz for $1250 for a 2 Bedroom apartment, I found a whole 3 bedroom townhouse to rent in the same neighborhood!!!
