The good:
Fireplace is nice. Location is ideal. Condition of apartments is good - among the better apartments here in the area. The availability of garages, and having in-unit laundry is a nice perk. Neighbors are mostly quiet.
The bad:
The office staff has noticibly declined in capability in the last 9 months. Maintenance staff isn't very attentative. Fire doors do not automatically close in all buildings, and are frequently blocked open in some. Dogs everywhere. If you don't own one, don't move here. It's almost Stepford Wives for dogs...
The worst: Noise is a definite issue. You won't (usually) hear the neighbor, but unless you like being lulled to sleep by I-88, look elsewhere. A nice, quiet afternoon on the deck doesn't exist.
