Comfortable and Quiet Apartment Community

I've lived in the Lincoln at the Parks apartments for about 11 months, going on the last month. There are goods and bads, but mostly stuff you can life with.
Good:
-Clean
-Quiet Neighborhood
-Friendly, helpful staff
-Low Deposit
-Nice pool
Bad:
-Bad insulation, so you have to keep your thermostat up in the winter and you can hear your neighbors talking:(
