Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
We have been renting from Mc Dowell Place for about two years. When we went to buy our house they became very hard to deal with.
In our apt the ceiling cracked wall to wall it took them about 4 days to fix. Then were told it was our falt that it happend that's why it took so long. We also found out that we are not the only clients that have had the same problems with them.
Good Luck think twice b-4 moving to
Mc Dowell Place
