I?ve lived at this community for two years and I love the community, my neighbors are great and the place is nice. Maintenance does a decent job of keeping things up and for the most part the management team seems to care about the tenants. The only problem I?ve had has made us decide to look elsewhere. People don?t stay here long because of the Leasing Manager. It is amazing how miserable one person can be and how that can impact your quality of living. I would have seriously thought twice about moving here if I had known the truly vicious and mean things she is capable of.
If you are thinking of renting here, just be aware and try and work around her. Also, if you have problems let someone know so they can do something for the other tenants since it has not just been our lives she has attempted to make miserable but many others.
