I stayed in this community for over a year now 2001-2002 , and I found this place quite nice. To begin with I got a nice move-in special with one month rent free and the rent compared to all the other apts around the area was very less. The laundry unit is big and in-house. The service provided by the mgmt was prompt (within 24 hrs). Even when my wife locked herself out , they were quick to respond at no extra charge. The pool, tennis court are much better compared to the gym . But Guys, you can?t have everything at such a reasonable price. Route 59, Route 88 and Fox valley mall are quite close. 5 mins drive to Route 59 station. I would recommend this place.

I am not a leasing agent to write good about this place .. no doubt it is good but I guess each one of us have their bad experiences too . I did have one when I moved out to my own new home. The management people deducted a huge chunk of my deposit which at the time of renting I thought was an application fee. The reason they gave was not valid as I had cleaned and shampooed the apartment with nothing broken or damaged. If you know how to handle such people in terms of getting your money back .. this is a nice place to stay !!
