Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Do not rent here!!! Simply stated... They bring you in and give you a great move in special but after that you are totally screwed. You have been caught in their net. There are much better paces in the area w/ better specials not to mention better managment...



I have lost total respect for Equity (EQR)....



Bigger is not always better.....
