I used to live in the Preserve at Cress Creek in their gardens and midrises for about 2 years. When I moved here everone was so much nicer even the managment. The apartments may not be perfect, but it's much more important for me to have nice neighbors and to be happy and comfortable in the place I live in. It has a much more cozy homey atmosphere than the Preserve. I know some of the reviews say the managment and maitnence were hard to deal with, but thats probably just because they themselves were difficult to begin with. I have always gotten things fixed quickly and had a good experience dealing with the management. There's people of all ages here living together in harmony. The best thing is if someone has a problem or concern they tell you nicely, so that you can fix it rather than just complaining to the management or cops.
