I lived at McDowell Place a couple years ago when some of these residents were complaning. The staff was very nice. I had my hot water heater break on Thanksgiving. A staff member was at my apartment within an hour to replace it. They came twice and cleaned the carpets to make sure that I was happy. I had no problems at all. I paid my rent on time and loved swimming in the pool. Fun place to live with a small child. From- Single Mom.
