I have lived here for almost a year now and greatly enjoy the complex. Sure there are problems that arise, but these are everywhere at any apartment complex. For the most part every problem I have ever had has been taken care of immediately (within 24 hours). When I did my walk through inspection I was very unsatisfied with the carpet and opted not to sign the lease until it was taken care of. They called me within 15 minutes of leaving and informed me the carpet would be torn up and new carpet would be laid down on the next day (a saturday) as to not disrupt my move in date. That speaks volumes. They also have a new management team in place who all seem very helpful and caring. Every issue I have ever brought to their attention has been taken care of. Overall, I like the building. The only issues I had that was never addressed was with the kitchen counter tops. The counter was scratched up pretty badly upon move in. They took pictures but would not replace it, as it was "normal wear and tear" which is true, if you repeatedly cut on the counter wihtout using a board. So that was my only bone of contention. Otherwise they seem great. I especially like the new manager. Angela, the previous manager, always made it seem like a chore to get anything done. They have done a great job

My only complaint would be that there are MANY MANY children that just play in the parking lot like it is a play ground. I worry not only about my car but also for their safety. I had to actually get out of my car and ask a kid to move when i wanted to back out one day. THank goodness I drive a small car, or i may have missed him. Also sometimes parking is a little sparse, and many residents do not know how to park without double parking. Otherwise, It is a great place.
