This place is a joke, was bought out by Metric Properties and the staff is new everytime you walk in the office, not to mention inefficient in the fact they can't answer a question. Have only been here one month and alreday told when lease is up will be told to move for "renovation" project going on. Nice way for management to bump up rent a few hundred each month. Maintenance is great and friendly, but think before you sign. Look out for dog owners if you move here, no one seems capable of cleaning up after their pet.

I KNOW WHAT U MEAN. HAD NO PROBS TILL NEW MANAGEMENT. TOO SICK TO MOVE SO STUCK HERE AND RENT GOES UP 200...RIDICULOUS.
