I lived here between 2003-5 for two years and I didn't have too much problem with management. They are always nice and friendy to me and maintaince staff is great! I locked myself out of my apt and they were there within 1 hr to help me out. (p.s. dead in the night too) They always respond to my request within 24 hr and give advance notice if they have to come in the apt to fix something. Plenty of parking and I love the bathroom! It is huge, plenty of room for the ladies

My only complains are:

1. Heat didn't work very well in my apt. It is always cold even when I have the heat cranking up to 70's (it feel like 50-60)

2. Spiders, bees, ants, somehow I have quite a few bug problem. But management really tried their best. They send the bug guy out to my apt everytime that I requested.

3. Rent is a little pricy and not including utilities. With heat in the winter you are looking at adding about $200 a month.

Overall good but wishes utilities is included in the rent.

if utilitis were included in the rent then dont you think the rent would be even higher?
