Leasing office people are beyond rude. When I went in to discuss renewal options, the woman working there had a foriegn accent. When I asked her clarify something (it was hard to understand her) she rolled her eyes, got angry, and stormed off to get a pricing sheet. Needless to say I am out of here when my lease is up. Also the rent increases are to pay for "renovations"-why pay for permanent changes to an apartment you RENT' Don't fall for the scam, they just want to screw you. The only positive thing I can say is the maintenance staff was great here.

All of the leasing people here are very sensitive to the needs of the residents and will do what they can within reason to help.

I've been a resident for3 years and cant wait to get the hell out of this crappy apt. I pay $910 a month for a small 1 bed room apt that the heat barely works in the appliances always break and when you call the office for a question they are without a doubt some of the most rude people i have talked to so much to the point that if something breaks i would rather fix it myself then call them. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!! Oh and let me just add in that the only reason I moved in to begin with was that the rent was only $749 talk about an increase!!! and for what?? all those "upgrades" and "renovations" are so pathetic that I would have rather stayed in my unrenovated place.
