THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. NOT ENOUGH NOTICE WHEN THINGS NEED TO BE DONE IN APTS. WE R NOW STUCK WITH RENOVATIONS SINCE LAST SUMMER AND STILL NOT DONE. NOW RENT IS GOING UP 200.00. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR THEIR UPGRADES WHEN WE RENT' WE R IN A SITUATION WHERE WE CAN'T MOVE RIGHT NOW MEDICALLY, SO STUCK HERE WITH HIGHER RENT. VERY SMALL AND NOISY HERE TOO.
