The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Buildings look nice from outside, and the "model" unit they showed me when I was searching for a place to live looked nice, too. The actual unit they gave me is horrible (and others are no better, from what neighbors say). Everything inside is rotten and broken, showing both low quality original construction and the results of many years of poor maintenance. They told me the apartment was newly renovated, but it took me several months and countless trips to the office to have most of the obvious problems fixed. And there are many issues they could not fix at all.

Sound insulation is nonexistent, I can hear my neighbors talking to each other. AC/heating vents go straight from my kitchen to my bedroom. Lots of bugs and spiders. Insect screens on windows are bent and leave huge cracks. Plumbing gets clogged on a regular basis, no matter how careful I am. All the appliances are cheapest available, they break down frequently, and do not work very well even after being fixed. Heating is noisy and very inefficient. Floors are squeaky.

Anyway, listing all the problems would make this review way too long. Avoid these apartments like a plague.
