I moved in recently and I regret I did... They do try to follow up on my maintenance requests, but why on earth are so many things broken in what is supposed to be a recently renovated apartment! And the quality of repairs leaves much to be desired. It feels like I'm living in a cheap dorm room.

Utility bills came as a nasty surprise, too - probably due to poor insulation. AC ran almost continuously on hot days just to maintain a reasonable inside temperature.

oh i know...rent up 200.00 more. i have been here 3 years with 3 diff owners. this place has gone down. i have been waiting over a year for maintenance to fix important things, i also think they should pay 1/2 our utilities. esp master bedroom.. freezing in winter and hotter than hell in summer. waiting to move before i ever sign new lease!!! office management is horrible. they never call you back and make us nag. tired of it. ready to get building inspector heRE and a lawyer!!!
