I've been living here for about six months. The place is full of bugs and gnats. The management don't know how to deal with the problem. It is now Nov. 2008 and I'm still killing gnats. The apartment was infested and I can't get rid of them. This was a known problem before I moved here and they did nothing about it. If you read some of the early comments, you see this was a known problem.
The windows are horrible, wind and insects get in. You have spiders as well. The apartment smell like mole. I think It might have been flooded. I going to contact the Naperville housing authority to file multiple complaints.
Conclusion, Please think before you move. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get the hell out. I may contact a lawyer and get out of my lease early. If anyone want to file a class action suit with me, leave a message in your review and I'll give you an email address in another review.

yes!!! i would deff want in..i have contacted a lawyer and now working on a health and building inspector. i can tell you some horror stories. we have been here since 2005. it is a rat trap, once you get in, hard to get out. you can contact me at zoe12804@yahoo.com. thx

You people are crazy... it's a great appartment, and prices are reasonable to pay. People in the office can solve your problems if you talk to them, maybe you have communication problems.

You need to just shut the hell up, maybe you haven't experience what I and these other residents have. It bothers me when people get on the defensive side until it happens to them. Parking is beyond crazy unless you get off work @ 3. They claim utilities would run you 125, that's the gas bill by itself from those ragedy windows. People get real stop going picking your packages up from the office and being everybody friend on staff. That's why you don't have problems b/c you know everyone & your to busy taking donuts & candy down there for them so they can think your a good tenant. Get real.
