Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2001
I lived at Mill Ponds for five years. Generally speaking repairs were made quickly and general areas kept clean. However, due to low rental rates, many people moved in that apparently wanted to borrow other peoples mail, break into apartments, and fix cars in the parking lot. (One engine burned -all over my car) Several residents did have drug and alcohol problems. Safe' I would not consider it so, and the apartments did nothing but say "Call the Police" After a little over five years of residency, I never received new paint or carpeting, or a new stove which the apartment badly needed
