I finally escaped Mill Ponds.....Thank Goodness... another of the hidden charges.... Your utilities seem to be 2 months behind....another charge I was hit with when I was ready to turn in my keys.... 2 months utility fees... My apartment was spotless.....I can't wait to see how much of my security deposit I get back.... I do wish someone would challenge the utilities fees.... there is no way they can guestimate fairly what those will be...just dividing up per number of occupants listed on the lease is NOT FAIR.....the folks next door claim 2 people living in the apartment, when there are actually 4 adults.. management should do a better job of screening who is in the apartments! 5 children ( above the age of 5)living in a 2 bedroom apartment is too many! The grounds are starting to look like a dump again...garbage blowing all over... pizza boxes, fast food bags blowing all over.......
