I've just read the past two reviews and think it's crazy that someone who seems so unhappy would stay for five years. I have lived here for over a year now and have never had any major problems. It is not the staff's fault that there were fires. Things like that happen in any apartment complex or single family neighborhood for that matter. I think that the rent is very reasonable and if these residents can't pay it on time maybe that is why they don't get along with the management.
