nice at first, lease not followed, dogs not on leash, ---- everywhere in front of my patio from the neighbors, manager never fixes anything, sink gets dirty laundry water when tenants do laundry, doesn't drain, they can't fix, heat is paid for by the tenant but the heat is charged to 1 meter and we don't use but have a bill of over 100 dollars, I shovel more snow off walk ways than they do and no thank you, have trouble getting in and out of apt cause the lock on front door doesn't always work and sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get the door open, heat never worked in small bedroom, electrical box hangs out of wall and the won't fix it, draft through windows and doors blows the blinds hard enough for you to see like a fan was going, all I can say is they are going to condo now...DO NOT PURCHASE HERE IF YOU HAVE BRAINS!
