I rented my apartment site unseen. I trusted the assistant manager to be honest. Needless to say, she wasn?t! I was told I had a linen closet. It was a coat closet. When I asked for more shelves, it took them 10 days to tell me they wouldn?t do anything, however, I was encouraged to put shelves. Of course, I could increase their net worth, but they wouldn?t do anything for me. There is so much. When I moved in, the city of Naperville started construction. The management had known about this for 4 months but didn?t feel it was necessary to let me in on it. I found a letter on my door when I returned one day stating I could not park in my garage ($75/month) between the hours of 7am - 5pm. When I called and complained, all I heard was ?I apologize?. I was even asked, if I had known if that would have prevented me from renting and I said yes. These apartments are old! Being built in 1981 really stinks, they are cooled by box ac units and heated by floor units which are uncontrollable. Your utility bill will be outrageous! There are bugs all over inside and out. This complex is white trash all the way. In a one-bedroom apartment, you will find as many as 6 people living in it. People who have dogs let them run loose. There is a leash law! They don?t clean up after their dogs either. This complex is breed restrictive, however, I saw 6 Pit Bulls. The City of Naperville?s Animal Control must be headed up by some idiot. They do nothing. When I called the office, they had to have the apartment number and building number. If they knew their residents better, they wouldn?t be needing to ask you for all this information. Also, their answering service stinks. Nothing ever gets done in this complex. They changed their name to Cress Creek to hide the information contained on this site. BEWARE Rent at your own risk. There are much better places in Naperville for lower rents and in better areas.
