I lived in Heritage Hills apartments for about three and half monhts. The general stay was fine not much of the troubles. I had the carpets got damaged by the maintenance guys while the kitchen sink blocked. I requested the office guys to get the problem fixed but none of them cared. I got the answer all the time that as you are moving out next month we will fix the problem and you will not be charged for the same. But the strange after the vacated the apartment I got a bill above my security deposit. When I tried to contact the office everybody showed the enability as they are unable to handle the case its the office manager only who could make a decision. And the strange thing she never returns the call. I have lost my security deposit for none of my fault so I will suggest you guys to be careful else you will be in the same loop. Even though after reporting the problem and writing the same in my move in report I am being penalised.
