I like the apartment and the view out. But...

The windows,a/c unit and doors are poorly insulated. Winter chill kept crawling in.

If you are trying to break the lease for any reason, 60 days notice, 2 months rent AND.. this is just tough... all the concession that you were given when renting the apartment. For example, if the advertised rate is $1000 and you are given $200 off per month.. $800/month.. So, if your lease is for 12 months and you break the lease any time... what you would have to pay is $2400 !! this is on top of the two months rent...

So... really.. reconsider this place if you have any idea you might have to break the lease.
