I have lived at The Preserve at Cress Creek (formerly Heritage Hill) for the last 3 years. The new management team is excellent! They respond to all my needs quickly and efficiently. They are far better than the previous team. The maintenance team is extraordinary! They definitely bend over backwards for me! I highly recommend The Preserve. It is beautiful, well maintained and the staff is friendly, cooperative, sincere and very professional.
