Don't sign a lease with these money hungry jerks, but if you do make sure you read your lease carefully because this place is all about screwing people out of money. There is a slim to none chance of getting your deposit back unless it is in perfect condition. The management here is rude and heartless. The neighbors are also rude and parking is impossible. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
