I liked it here at first, but before I knew it, I was living in hell. The lease terms are terrible, and like nothing I've seen in the past. The deposit is basically non-refundable. The fire alarm was always malfunctioning and woke me up and 7:30 on a Sat. once. You never know where the elevator may take you (taking the stairs is much faster even if you live on the 7th floor). The windows are poorly weather proofed and bugs were always coming in. Not too mention the huge hornets nest that we had under our air conditioner that was never taken care of, and had probably been there since 1982(which is the date on the a.c.). Bats would always be flying around at night we even saw one during the day hiding on the balcony. Get ready to take some fast showers cuz those tiny water heaters give you about ten min. before freezing. There had to have been a bunch of crazy people living here (which you would have to be to sign that lease) because the cops were always here for something. We even had the cops at our door once for a noise complaint, however, the funny thing was that we were sleeping and there was no noise. Our paint started to chip off the walls and things started falling apart. There's also no where to park, unless you want to pay $75 for a tiny far away garage. The only this I give this place is a nice view. So go ahead sign the lease, if your CRAZY!
