The grounds and floor plans are nice, but not worth all the hassle. I would strongly discourage living here for many reasons:
-You'll never get your deposit back and will probably be over-charged extra for some normal wear and tear.
-The laundry room floods quite frequently and it's cheaper to just bring it across the street to the coin laundry.
-I was continually harassed by my neighbors complaining of loud music and noise when no one was even home to make noise. They were either hearing things in their head or from a different neighbor. No one would even take the time to listen by the door and see if it was us, they would just automatically make accusations. Then we would have to explain to the cops that we're being harassed and we weren't even home at the time of the complaint. Most of the neighbors are rude and unfriendly (probably because their so unhappy living there).
-The halls smell and there?s always garbage lying around. Don't plan on walking in the grass, because no one cleans up their dog waste and geese overpopulate the area.
- I received a $30 ticket for parking in the street since there wasn't room in the lot. There weren?t even any signs on the street that said I couldn?t. It?s supposedly a Naperville wide rule that?s only posted when exiting the highway and if you tried to read it one would surely get into an accident.
-There?s never ink or paper in the business center and one of the treadmills sits on an angle.
-The elevators take you to the wrong floors and get stuck all the time. I even know someone who had to clime out of it.

I hope this is helpful in making your decision on renting here. Hopefully, you won?t rent here, but if you do, I told you so!
