Okay, obviously not everyone is happy with the Preserves, but let me tell you what a nice place this has been compared to everywhere else i lived in the past 5 years. Maintenance was QUICK-always the next day and fixed correctly the first time. The staff was extremely friendly, remembered my name and appartment number and always said hello. i have never experienced a problem with laundry, intruders, or security EVER. The concrete walls make it hard to hang anything, but the noise level is at about zero-perfect.
