I wouldn't move back, but not that bad

Well, it was an interesting few years at this place. The price for the space I got was great. I never expect an apartment complex to be quiet or never have screaming kids, but after a few months it got overboard. Luckily, I think I was the longest tenant and never had to put up with the same family for long.
Even tho there was a cop car outside at least once a week, I never felt unsafe. As long as i didn't get in the middle of a drunken brawl, I was OK.
My next door neighbor provided a lot of entertainment. Her & her bootycall from the third floor would get drunk for a week straight and start screaming at eachother at 3am...those walls are pretty sound proof, but not for these two! One night I watched them have a White Castle Sliders fight. Who needs to tickets to the Springer show'
The managment and repair guys were pretty friendly, although a little creepy and not the brightest.
And winter time was HELL...frozen over.
But overall, not a terrible place - it's an apartment, what do you expect'
