The shower/ tub above our apt. leaked water throughout the walls in our bathroom. The maintenance people carve a hole in the walls and ceiling to repair the pipes, took 2 weeks to patch up and paint, threw junk all over the bathroom (like broken wall pieces) and never cleaned them up. The repair is so shotty. The walls have knicks and dents made from when repair men fixed things in our apt. and never came back to repair the damage that they made. Security deposits are RARE to get back at this location. The neighbors are all ignorant letting their dogs crap all over in the garden apt. and NEVER picking it up. We have to call the police on one of our neighbors for noise disturbance at 3am, several times without resolution. I would highly suggest ANYWHERE else but the Preserve at Cress Creek (formerly Heritage Hill, I like to say Heritage Hell)!
