I don't live here, but my daughter does. I worry about her safety all the time. She lives in the low rise units. She calls me in the middle of the night because there are gun shots out side of her windows.....and this is suppose to be a safe place!!!! I don't think so. I've been told about alot of things going on there and they are not good. Whatever happened to the apartments that protect and care about the residents. If a manager is reading this, then start doing something about all the problems. So you say you do background checks too....I don't think so. I've met a few people there and they would never have been able to rent if the background check was done. Start caring about your residents!!!!!! By the way this isn't the first time hearing gun shots!!!!!

I can't image all these horrible things happening at the complex without making the newspaper. I live in a house next to the complex and everything seems to be fine.

for the girls mother, if this had truth you won't have your daughter living their, I lived at the property about 3 months ago and its really nice and no problems,no gun shots at all maybe they were fire crackers and she didn't know the differents.

Well please read the Naperville Sun. In the paper last week or two there was a stabbing. However it read Heritage Hill Apartments and really it is Preserve. Explain that one.

I am aware of the incident two weeks ago, because I am the one that broke it up. I also read the article in the Naperville Sun where they reported all parties involved were not and have not been residents of The Preserve at Cress Creek. This was an unfortunate incident.

AND THE FAMILY CANT THANK THE MANAGER ENOUGH FOR SAVING HIS LIFE! SO AGAIN THANK YOU CRESS CREEK PRESERVE FOR CARING SO MUCH FOR YOUR RESIDENTS!!!

to a degree the two main buildings form a U shape, with a nice park in the center where children play and such. Sounds echo a bit and amplify. Occasionally idiots with firecrackers might sound like guns to someone who never heard a gun. Home construction might also make such sounds. This area is as safe as they can get. Nothing like a town with bored cops who respond with multiple cars immediately to the most minor of incidents. Your daughter is a drama queen and if this place scares her she should run hom to mommy now, because no place will be safe enough for her.

I live here with my 2 children and have never felt scared. I find the staff to be notonly curteous, but very dilligent. Most of the staff live on the grounds as teneats themselves. I never heard ANY gun shots and I think the mother of the girl who did should just have her daughter move back home f she is so fearful. Stuff like that can happen anywhere. Maybe your daughter should crawl back under your skirt.
